Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran from the parking lot at the end of the day. Had plans of going to the gym also, but I ended up just looping around Puffers Pond. Starting out I felt good, weather was nice, legs fresh and quick. Stomach started to knot up on the way out and the way back I was struggling at points, but kept pace. I stopped at Conte for a pit stop and then continued back to the parking lot. I ran right around when I get really hungry, and I ate a Clif Bar right before heading out, so that probably combined to make my stomach unhappy on the run. Still for what I got in it was a nice run. I saw a bunch of kids playing Quidditch on the grass infront of North Apartments, so thats cool.
Essentials: Stretch
Just a stretch in the parking lot. Stomach was cramping and I really just wanted to eat dinner. Thats all I could really think about. Quick stretch, which was good, then rolled out. Ran by myself the past few days and it was a struggle to fit in the mileage. I do try to pass other runners while I am out, but hopefully Pat or Cromer or even Brendan would be ready to run the next few weeks.
