Slogged through the Peaks program on the bike in the weight room, disgusting afterwards as usual. It was nice to have Tristan there for the first 15 minutes, but before long I was on my own. 3x30 push-ups, 3x25 supermen, 12 minutes of an ab exercise video with a random group of people. Strong performances at Sidwell indicated that people trained over break. My fate hangs in the balance, for I have no real idea how long this will go on.
