Exercise Type: Bike
Comments:
Because the other bikes were occupied I had to do weights first, but that did not affect the bike ride. I considered doing foothills with a max resistance of 7, but soon found myself turning it down to 6.5, then 6, and eventually capitulated, selecting the manual program with 5 resistance. I must say I kind of like the bike in a masochist way. God knows it's more gratifying than the elliptical. Still no official word on the time until I can run again.
