So said the doctor who removed my stitches yesterday, in telling me that I will be able to run on Monday if I follow his advice. Here's my attempt:
Hand bike for 30:00, 9.03 miles
1:45 planks, 20 leg lifts
1:30 six inches, scissors, flutters
2x30 declining sit-ups
Pull-ups: 5, 3, 5
Crunches: 200, 100
2x25 squats with bar
Pushups: 65 (PR), 43, 35
3x15 dips
