I honestly didn know if the gym was going to be open or not. Glad it was. Went right upstairs and did shoudlers and backs. It was pretty empty today. Workout was
3 sets of:
Front DB raise x10 (15 lbs)
Seated DB Shoulder Press x10 (15 lbs)
Side DB raise x10 (15 lbs)
3 sets of
Straight leg deadlift x10 (60 lbs)
The back work was good. I like that exercise, wish I had more dedication to get on the rack and do squats with it. Shoulders were worked out to the max last few exercises I had a hard time lifting my arms. When I ran back though they felt fine.
