Because of the preponderance of strength work over the weekend, I just cycled through this twice:
6 pull-ups
15 squats, usual weight
1:30 arm swings
15 standing hip flexor leg-lift 35-pound plate
15 box jumps (which distance runners should do according to worldrunning.com)
