Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran by myself from the Rec center This afternoon. Lots going on but I found time to fit in a run. It was kinda chilly and rainy out. Shorts made my legs feel kinda tight actually. Ran a stadium loop then did a loop around campus on the base of orchard hill. Decent loops actually havnt been back by the stadium in a while. Started out really fast actually. Felt strong but the cold got to me and I slowed down on the way back to the gym. Short time but still decent mileage. Find it harder to go further, especially when I have stuff to do cause I wanted to get back to lab.
Essentials: Stretch, roll, L7
The third floor was packed today but I got a roller and a spot to stretch on the floor. Took the effort to stretch out well. It was good legs feeling much looser. Knew was tight on the run but fine afterwards. Probs just from the cold. Mostly tired from the long day at the lab, and the data didn't turn out that well... Second year struggle, but I'm out here grindin.
