Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
After the snow/sleeting last night, it was wet and cold. Did not feel like spring, or winter really. Ran right when I got back. I was hungry but I wanted to get out there sooner rather than later. Took the Rail Trail out. Felt ok. As I hit the hill on Whitney, legs turned to shit and I felt so tired. Slogged up the hill then coasted down on Dickinson and back behind Amherst College and the Rail Trail. Just felt so slow and depleted today. Honestly felt like walking at points. I dont think its exclusively from Passover, also been pretty busy and the weather is weird. I am really feelin how the Israelites felt. Still glad I got in good mileage but it felt like a struggle today.

Essentials: Stretch

Just a simple stretch. Mostly I sat around eating snacks since I was so hungry and I didnt want my stomach to cramp up. I could feel it coming on. No tightness just tiredness in my legs. Looking for that nice weather too we were teased with it last week.
