Comments:
An exploration of the Kenwood with most of the distance runners at a reasonable pace plus a lap around the block. I felt good, if sore from yesterday. 1:30 planks, leg lifts, 20 clams, heel-toe walks. Following a chat with Anthony, I'm excited to see what I can do on Saturday.
