Headed over to Northside for a quick workout early since it was so nice out. Got a few drills in before getting started. Ran the first 200 with Jake Little then the rest of the workout solo. My hamstring felt pretty tight after the long rest but felt fine during the 4 so it was all good.
Workout was 4x200 @30, 3min rest, 400 targeting 65.
Splits: 30.7, 29.9, 29.8, 28.2, 65.0
Not in great cardio shape but the 4 wasn't terrible.
