Comments:
Got in a run when I got home. Planned on a half day but ended up having more work to do. I felt a little better today. Morning was fine but kinda started to loose steam in the afternoon. Stopped at CVS on the way home so I got home a little later. Headed down to Groff, down Mill Rd then came back on Emily Dickinson Trail. The trail was real legit lots of fun to run on and it wasnt too muddy. Felt tired coming back up the hill but surprisingly felt ok today. Still achy but I wanted to get the legs and juices flowing and get some fresh air, that always helps me feel a little bit better.

Essentials: Stretch

Just a quick stretch when I got home. Legs were tight and I was tired. Also thirsty and hungry... Nice weather today seems like I might rain but I was comfortable in the standard spring attire.

Not exactly sure how long this route is but Ill call it 3. Its hard to tell along the trail but I felt like I was around 8:00 pace today.
