Fort Hill

Comments:
Ran when I got home up around Fort Hill. I started out well, but just hit the wall when I got over to the trails. I think I started out too fast. Burnt out from today. Did a lot of messing around in the lab but dont have much product to show for it. Its part of the learning process but kinda frustrating. Out on the trails I just felt weak, like when I was sick earlier this week. Head was stuffy and my nose itched, kinda felt like what I imagine allergies to feel like. Hey everyonce and a while you just have a tough run, but miles are miles at this point, and it was so nice to get out after being in lab all day. Headed back on the rail trail. Weather was good though. It was supposed to rain but it was all sun out.

Essentials: Stretch

Simple stretch when I got back. It was hot inside so I had to strip down. Gonna take a while to get used to that. Legs feel ok, just overall didnt feel strong today. Pumped for CKells to come visit and get a run in in Boston.

Call it 2.5 but it was probably more with the winding around on the trails.
