Exercise Type: Bike
Comments:
5x1:00 pickups with two minute recovery then 5x0:30 pickups with two minute recovery then 5 minutes of cool down. I was on the black bike which doesn't keep milage or RPM so all I know is that my recovery was a resistance of 5 and my pick up was a resistance of 7. I felt as if I was at a 90-100 RPM.
I did some strength. I don't remember what I did.
