Actually, ended up getting in a little premeet jog after softball practice today. After the marathon, Vijesh is obsessed with running a marathon, and he needs to start somewhere. He wanted to run 10 miles today but I told him that was a terrible idea. So instead we just ran down towards Hampshire College. It was nice and brezzy out today. Took the pace real real easy. I was considerably sore from the past two days and could feel it. Still it felt comfortable to run. Didnt really feel like racing today, takes a while for my legs and back to loosen up.
Essentials: Stretch
Stretched out in the field while people hit the balls around. Good practice today it was fun to get out there. I think we have more skill than last season but still we need to play as a team. It was just really nice being out in the field under the sun and in the cool breeze. COuldnt imagine that 2 months ago...
