on the track with tara and sammy. ran well, yesterday my right knee was a bit sore so I took an off day. ran first mile in 8:12 so I started to make a push for 40 minutes but I didn't have what it took for that, not too hard of a pace though and feel strong after the run, like that I could go run 3-4 miles more if I wanted to
