Comments:
Ran 4 miles out to arrowhead and did 5 strides on their turf. My knees felt better, and I noticed after the first mile my stride opened up and I was going a very comfortable 7:15 pace, compared to the 7:50 earlier last week.

Overall, it was an awesome run.

Oh, when i took of my shoes to do strides, they turned off the lights on the track. So, there was only the red glow of the scoreboard to light my way. It was sssssweet!
