Yea got in a good run today! Again lots of work and I was ready to run. Headed out as soon as I got home. Today was graduation and I thought it best to avoid the craziness, although I did want to hear Neil deGrasse Tyson speak... So I just hit the Rail Train. Started out super fast was just feeling it. slowed down a little when I passed the Amherst/Hadley line. I was being tailed by some kids on skateboards, but when we hit the downhill then flew by me. Picked it up a little around the mall, the breeze felt good. Then on the way back for some reason, felt like pushing the pace harder than usual. Happy I did because I felt really strong all the way back. Yesterdays day off and pent up energy from lab just came flying out today. Helped that the weather was simply amazing. Saw a lot of people out enjoying it as well.

Essentials: Stretch

Just a stretch when I got back I was pretty tired. Legs feel fine just tired and kinda sore from the surface. At times my lower legs were really tight but I kinda just kept going and it loosened up. Achilles were also tight at times but loosened up.
