Weather: 10 degrees cooler than yesterday
Comments:
I got out of AP Statistics and felt stiff, but had no time to worry about the workout and just did it. Oftentimes the suddenness of running--when you are rushed to fit in run, the gun fires before you expect, etc.--mitigates nerves better than anything. The last 500m, however, was brutal, but if I can hit these splits when I feel exhausted, I'm ready for a good race. I don't think I've ever been quite as excited about track as I am now.
