Fort Hill + ED Trail

Comments:
Good run with Josh. Actually matched up and were heading out at the same time. Started out up to the Rail Trail, did the Fort Hill Trails, then came down the bike path and kept going a little bit towards Station Rd actually. The path is all paved now and its pretty nice down there. We ran out till 20:00 then just turned back and took Emily Dickinson Trail back. Great effort and pace, always nice to run with someone. He lead on the trail and we just cruized along. The sand reminded me of Florida. Temp was crisp and comfortable today.

Essentials: Stretch

Easy stretch, got interrupted by the MPIRG guy. I like what they do but cant believe they still go door to door asking for donations... Legs felt ok after stretching. I was really hungry, and so were the bugs they were starting to bite.
