I dont know why I am running so slow this week...I really tried very hard to hit my m pace and I really dont know whats wrong. It might be some difference in the altitude or something like that since Im in Kansas now. It might also be that I lifted on Tuesday along with running barefoot the day before. My legs just felt terrible. I got my shoes fixed and now theyre not hurting my feet anymore and I got some shin sleeves
