That would be a sub 30 second 200m, which occurred at the END of my workout today. So, that means this year I have a PR in the 200m, half and full marathon distances, I've got some range :) Now to take care of those pesky middle ones.
Workout was
1600m@6:31 (400m rest) - Right at goal pace
1600m@6:20 (400m rest) - To fast
4x200m @37s (200m rest) - To fast, on average 40s was goal.
1600m@6:00 Way to fast, but being the last one thats fine.
BONUS 200m race against David and Reed, I got last...28.9seconds. Woot!
