Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran after dinner tonight around Amherst College. I dont think I digested quite enough. My stomach was crampy. It also started to rain as the storm came in, so I went on a shorter shake out today. Legs actually felt good but I just wasnt feeling the mileage today. I have run several days in a row now and my legs can tell. It was cool out and the sky looked ominous. Not many people were out. Really, the only cool thing I saw was a minivan with no bumper hopped up on some tight rims.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Easy stretch and roll. Good idea. Anticipating it will rain too much tomorrow to play softball so I might be able to get in another run tomorrow.
