I'm trying to develop a morning routine of waking up at 9:15, and doing whatever training I have to first thing, and, most importantly not sleeping in until 1. Today I parked at Washington Golf and, tried to chart new territory beyond Williamsburg Boulevard, but got quite lost by 35 minutes. Estimating that I was rather far from the starting point, I walked back to it and then did some weights, learning that I'm not as strong as I thought I was.
