Weather: Sticky, 80s again
Comments:
I woke up at 8:15, drove to Candy Cane Park and took the same asphalt path through RCP that Zeke, Mark and I ran in January. I turned around at 23:00, returned in around 20:40, then cooled down for another 1:21. Encountering the same problem I've had all week--either I'm jogging or working rather hard--I found it difficult to manage the pace on this run. Still, I felt more in form than I have so far. 1:30 planks, 2x20 pushups, 2x60 crunches.
Goals for next week:
1. Bring the average pace down
2. Do two trail runs
3. Do one intentionally hilly run near the end of the week
