Comments:
After several days of not running, got back into it today. I could totally feel it started out so slow and sluggish but worked into it eventually. It felt tough. Waited till late afternoon because it was pretty hot and sunny out today. Got nice shade on the side streets though. Felt good today but kept the pace nice and easy just working my legs back into it.
Essentials: Stretch
Short stretch when I got back. Feeling too tired to really get in a lot. Legs were very sore this morning when I woke up. Pretty dismal mileage this week and I could tell. I would def like to get it back to more regularity.
