Comments:
Felt a lot better during this one than during last weeks. I tried to access Kadys post for the week a few times and even called a few people on the team to see if the website would let them see the post but no one I called could see it either so I dont know if more changed on the m pace or the rest of the week than the distance. I tried my best to hit the pace but I guess Im still adjusting
