HS C-run tempo.

Comments:
Steady state tempo with the guys from the hs. Attempted to push them and left the group and ran ahead on my own. Felt good from the start so I kept pushing. Need new shoes pretty badly. taking it easy tomorrow. Feeling good about doing an open meet coming up in a couple weeks or more.
