Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Easy lunch time run solo. Felt pretty good, but breathing was off: asthmatic, although pollen apparently wasn't too high.
Worked on "opening the pelvis" again. That's felt great since MRT, and is a fun (previously forgotten) way to power up hills quickly, seemingly without a big energy drain.
Forgot the Suunto so I don't know what HR was. x4 strides on the way back.
PM: worked on Jeff's back, then dinner, then out for drinks with a couple of CA's friends. No 2nd run.
