Everything today in the gym irritated me: this loud, middle-aged woman was leading a workout and shouting for the majority of the bike ride, there was nothing but baseball highlights on the TV and classic rock adding a nice ambiance. So I used all this as motivation to cover as much distance as possible, but when I finished I felt like I had done nothing. 1:30 planks, 30 sit-ups, 1:15 flutter kicks, 35 pushups, 40 alternating supermen.
