Exercise Type: Run
Weather: Sunny, but no problem
Comments:
Another milestone: my first steady state run: 8x15 seconds at "mile pace" with one minute recoveries--I have no idea whether it was right, but mainly attempted to run significantly faster than the cruise intervals. I felt fatigued and silly doing such short bursts of speed, only to return to a less than ideal pace.
Warmup: 10:15, drills
Strength: 1:30 planks, 2x80 crunches, 2x30 pushups
