Weather: Sunny, slightly hotter than Sunday and Monday
Comments:
I really feel like I'm turning a corner. Today I ran 5x50 seconds at "3k date effort" (tried to feel like I was running a 3200m) on the same course I mapped for the cruise intervals. Pete only prescribed four, but I was feeling so great I decided to continue. N.B.: these were not all out. My legs were turning over like they never have this time of year.

Monday 6/29: 38:00 easy run, drills and three, relaxed accelerations afterwards
Tuesday 6/30: The hardest and fastest I've ever swum, tried to reflect the mileage jump in the pool--usual one minute rest
