The hardest and fastest I've ever swum--I tried to reflect the mileage jump in the pool, but kept the usual one minute rests

150m breaststroke recovery
5x50m freestyle sprints with 25m breaststroke recoveries--figured out how to kick effectively. These felt amazing.
