Really really wanted to get a run in today. I started writing some reports and paper outlines this week, and its actually pretty boring, especially just sitting in my office. Got to move around to stay focused. I brought some work home and then went right out for a run. Headed out to the fields. They are really overgrown, and kinda wet from the rain last night. It was tough to pass and slow going. Once I got out into the paths it was better. Still, didnt feel like dealing with that on the way back, so I took the loop on Rt 9. Basically just took Belchertown Rd all the way back up to Amherst College, past Cumberland Farms and Moms House. It was kinda weird running along the busy road, but I havnt run out there in a while. Its nice and straight so you can get into a good pace. Felt strong coming back, especially up the hill by Amherst College. I really tired to push it up that. Came back down to the house nice and easy. It was sunny and pretty hot out. Regretted a shirt... That think was soaked.
Essentials: Stretch
Easy stretch outside wading in my own sweat. I was pretty tired after today, felt like I went harder than recent runs. Felt like I got a great workout. As I was stretching I felt satisfied and motivated, thinking about how double chins scare the crap outta me and thats why I ran today (among other things...)

Route is a little longet than 5, would be nice to find a little add on loop somewhere to bump it up.
