Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
I really really needed a run today. Been working hard at lab and its important to destress with running. Softball is fun but its not the same. Today was hot, starting to feel that summer heat. Went out at a good pace on the Rail Trail and turned up to the stadium. The loop is all in the sun so I started to feel it there. Crossed the parking lots and came back down Lincoln and the cut back around Pratt. Coming down Lincoln I could really feel my body ache and slow down. Upper body and legs were equally sore but I kept plugging along. It hurt, but felt good at the same time.

Essentials: Stretch

Stretch on the deck. I was soaked in sweat and felt so exhausted, but so so needed this run. Nothing else that exciting happened on the run. Thats one thing about running alone around Amherst. Its so chill and relaxing, but can be boring, at least nothing Running Log worthy. Not like running in a big pack around Cleveland Heights. Something is always bound to go down.

Loop is oddly distanced, a little less than 5.5. Ill round up though.
