Weather: Stickier than a pirate's nutsack.

Comments:
Had an attack of the shits, probably from the peanuts I ate a little before the run. Still got in a decent run. Legs felt ok but not great. Close to time goals. Stopped at mile 4 after tempo run for emergency break. Splits: 6:01, 5:51, 5:34.
