Fort Hill + ED Trail

Comments:
Ran in the early afternoon after being at lab all day. No one was around so I just went out alone. Took a while to get into it especially since I havnt run in the past few days, and today was the hottest its felt in a while. I slogged into it but finally hit a pretty comfortable pace. The ED Trail is very over grown, so it is really tough to navigate and traverse. I had to slow down at some spots to bushwhack. Its kinda funny how the trails are perfect running condition in the spring and fall, but the winter and summer its real tough to get over. Slow finish back up the hill to the house. Just felt hosed from the heat.

Essentials: Stretch

Very short stretch. Today just felt like sitting when I got back. Glad I ran though even though it felt like a struggle.
