Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
A true night run. Softball canceled (yeah... heard that before) because of the rain. Ate dinner, digested with some COD, then headed out right after sunset. Hadnt quite digested it all but it was fine overall. Felt nice and quick at points today. So humid, my headlamp was scattering off all the vapor it was kinda hard to see. Ran up through town, around campus past EHS, up the hill and came back through Orchard Hill and then same way through town. Good pace on the way out, but it got dark when I came back through O-Hill. I had to slow down a little bit so I didnt fall or slip. Stomach knotted up a little bit there, but for the most part felt real good out there. Couldnt see much so I just kept chugging along fittin in the miles.
Essentials: Stretch
A short stretch when I got back. I was so soaked I didnt want to get the floor all we. Legs definitely sore today after the run. Honestly, didnt really want to play softball all that much today anyways so a run was very happily accepted. I have been looking forward to getting in better running shape lately as the season has been winding down.
