Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Came home to run in the early afternoon, much like Monday. It was not raining and thundering though, it was actually beautiful out. Sunny, breezy, amazing weather. Headed out on the Rail Trail. Was thinking of looping around the mall, stopped for a pee break there then just kept going on the trail. Made it all the way to the underpass that goes under Rt 9 and turned around. Thats just about 3.25 miles out. Took me around 23 minutes, so I knew I was going at kinda a slow pace today. Lets started to get tired on the way back, but I didnt feel tired I kept holding the pace and trying to stay strong and up tempo. Felt good, especially since this is actually the furthest I have gone in a while. Lots of other people out biking or running too. Kinda surprised I didnt get that bored. Its just a straight out and back and would have been a lot easier and more fun with a pack.
Essentials: Stretch
Stretch on the lawn. It was nice enough to stretch outside. Got in a good one, legs feel a lot looser, still tired. Hips a little tight though. More consistent mileage these past few days. Maybe my research pursuit is fueling my training. Thats pretty cool.
