Perry workout. 500 warmup, then 6X 500, neg split odds, descend evens by 100s. Marty, John, and I take turns leading, I pull all in 7:40-7:45. Really working more 70-85% than 60-80% called for. Finished with 8X 50 builds, with buoy.
