Rose at 6:40 for a long run in my neighborhood with Anthony. We took 26th to Yorktown until it turned into Little Falls Road. Then we hooked onto Williamsburg Boulevard until it became West street, turned right onto Great Falls Street, made another right on Kirby with a brief detour to the less treacherous Birch road, Old Dominion, Kirby again briefly, Chesterbrook, Glebe, Old Glebe, Military. I ran the hill at 36th fairly strong and waited for coach at the top. I enjoyed the conversation and company as usual and will need to do this route again someday. Definitively 11.5 miles, not 11.
