Easy 6+ miler, due to a longer lunch. REALLY tired today. Realized that I need to do a way better job at heel recovery, so I worked on lifting my heel behind me.
8:30s, 127HR. Not too great, but tired.
PM: long coaching chats. I have a new coaching client (Avery), which brings the stable to 4 - about as many as I can handle.
