Comments:
Was going to do 9 miles easy but I started moving and felt good. By the third mile I was close to 6 flat so I just rolled with it. Ended up closing my last few miles well below 6:00 pace. I want to say 5:20 but I'm terrible with pacing so who knows? Added 4 strides at the end
