Weather: 70 sunny some clouds

Comments:
Warmed up pretty easy for 4 miles gradually getting faster near the end. Did 2x 2 miles with 1:30 rest at 13:27 and 12:23. I kind of expected my first tempo day, and especially my first repeat to be a slow one but that is ok since I am just trying to get back into tempo work. I felt kind of uneasy on the first one but on the second one I felt strong and smooth so I will take that as a good sign. Afterwards did a 2 mile cool down and felt pretty good on it. Also I did some form drills. All in all it was a good intro workout back into tempo work. I always have trouble doing faster work by myself in the summer so I will have to get better at that.
