This felt AWFUL--maybe because of the mileage jump, but until the 50s, when I rallied, I struggled on every interval.
Boardman core: first three with pushups, 10-pound medicine ball throws on bosu balls, Russian twists for 1:15 with same ball, 15 high-five pushups, 20s sit ups, throwing eight-pound medicine ball back and forth.
