Comments:
I set off from school at 8:00 and took Wisconsin to Porter to Connecticut, turned left on Calvert, wandered through Adam's Morgan for a few minutes, and came out on Colombia. Then, finding Connecticut again by the NAIMUN Hilton, I ran all the way back up to Chevy Chase circle, turned onto Western, returning to Wisconsin. Nothing could have ruined my good mood, because I had such a nice rhythm during the middle of the run. I stopped at Boardman's to look at some of the old spikes he was selling, then stretched and did strength work at Peirce Mill (2x40 supermen, 2x25 Silverman, 50 lunges, 1-minute flutter kicks, 25 calf raises).
