Comments:
Got in the run today. Rain came in and the skys didnt look great but I needed to run. Started out fine felt tired overall. The spot behind my ears where my glasses rest felt like it was burning, so I had to go without them for a while. Good timing since it just started to rain then. Didnt feel like getting in a lot of miles today, just a quick one. Finished up super slow up the hill but it was in the rain.

Essentials: Stretch

Stretch outside barefoot. That felt nice. My shirt was soaked so I took it off and after stretching just sat out there. Feel like I am winding down and ready for a break. Good timing. Didnt see a single person out running, biking or walking today. Makes my running logs pretty unexciting. Glad now I have other peoples to read, and I expect them to get interesting now that camp and preseason is right around the corner.
