Comments:
2 mi. warm-up. 5 by 1.1 mi. on this loop, which is pretty freakin' tough. There's literally less than 300ft of flat; it's all up-down, up-down. Stomach bothered the hell out of me. First 3 were in 6:20. Then I took a little break: went to the bathroom, got some water. Finished up the last 2 in 6:10. 2 more mi. Rest was 90 sec. Really tough run, still feel beat up from Monday's running. Met a pretty girl, Mara, who runs for Allegheny. Tomorrow will prob. be easy; I'll have little time.
