Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
Another solid pool session, working on:
- noodle quick turnover
- noodle "flick & pulls" (LOVE this - such good hip action and pawback)
- deepish shallow water jog and bounds
- bounding up and down in place
PM: No additional workout, since I had an in-service (TMJ study & practice), THEN I had to go home and finish the iRF article.
- leg swings
Got in a solid half-hour.
