Comments:
Distance running 101: focusing and running well even when you aren't enjoying it. I definitely needed a review of that this morning. At first I considered doing the 70-minute steady state which devolved to doing "an hour and twenty at an 'honest pace,'" which finally turned into "please just let this be over." All out of ideas and ambition for a route and having no interest in getting lost again, I just tried not to look at my watch for as long as possible--before a wild goose chase to find a bathroom in the train station.

The good news is that:
1. I'm going to Denmark tomorrow will run in the afternoon.
2. I squeezed in 40 pushups after stretching today.
