Comments:
Realizing I was further along this week than I thought, I allowed myself a reprieve from the classic hour long run, instead doing the second 30 minutes on the hotel's exercise bike. Ran mainly around a park off the Vester Volgade. My legs were feeling--shockingly--tired.
